Warranty Policy

All Skyfire products come with the following warranty coverage:

  • Main unit: 1-year warranty

  • External batteries: 3-month warranty

Terms:

  • Within 7 days of receipt:

    • Eligible for a no-questions-asked return or exchange, provided the product, packaging, and accessories are intact with no damage or visible signs of use.

  • Within 30 days of receipt:

    • If there is a non-user-induced quality issue, Skyfire offers a free exchange, covering round-trip shipping.

  • From 30 days to 1 year:

    • For non-user-induced issues, the customer pays one-way shipping, and Skyfire covers repair costs.

  • After 1 year:

    • All costs (repairs, replacement parts, shipping) are the responsibility of the customer.

Note: Accessories like data cables and cosmetic parts are not covered under warranty.
