1.30-Day Risk-Free Returns & Refunds

If you purchased your SKYFIRE product from a third-party platform within the last 30 days, we recommend contacting the original seller first. If they are unresponsive, please reach out to our official support team at support@skyfireglobal.com.
  • Non-Human Damage (Within 30 Days): If your product exhibits manufacturing defects or quality issues within 30 days of receipt, we will provide a full refund or a replacement. No return of the original item is required.
  • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are credited back to your original payment method (typically within 1–3 business days). Replacement items are dispatched within 2 business days.

2. Warranty Coverage Definitions

To ensure fair service, we distinguish between manufacturing defects and accidental damage:

Covered (Non-Human Damage) Not Covered (Human Damage/Misuse)
Manufacturing defects under normal use. Unauthorized disassembly, modifications, or repairs.
Failure of core components (LED chips, PCBs). Physical damage from drops, impacts, or crushing.
Material or workmanship defects present upon delivery. Water damage exceeding the rated IPX level.
Circuit failure caused by incompatible batteries/chargers.

3. Payments, Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and maintain a secure shopping environment, the following rules apply:
  • High-Risk Order Verification: If an order is flagged as "High Risk" or "Potential Fraud" by our system, we may require identity verification (such as cardholder confirmation) before processing a refund. Verification and refund cycles for these cases take 7–14 business days.
  • Chargeback Policy: We kindly ask that you contact our support team to resolve any issues before initiating a credit card chargeback. For malicious or unauthorized chargebacks, SKYFIRE will submit shipping proof, delivery records, and communication logs to the bank for formal dispute.
  • Refused Packages: If your order has shipped but is no longer needed, please refuse the package upon delivery. This is the fastest way to trigger your refund.
  • Packaging Integrity: To qualify for a full refund, the package must remain unopened. Once the seal or anti-tamper labels are broken, a full refund may no longer be available.

4. Long-Term Warranty Terms

  • 30 Days to 1 Year: If a non-human fault occurs, the buyer covers the shipping cost to our facility. SKYFIRE will cover all repair costs and the return shipping back to the buyer.
  • After 1 Year: For issues occurring after the one-year mark, the customer is responsible for repair costs, replacement parts, and two-way shipping fees.

5. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange under the following circumstances:

Changed Mind: The item is no longer needed (must be unopened and in original condition).

  • Significant Deviation: The item received differs significantly from the online description.
  • Missing Parts: The product arrived with missing components or accessories.
  • Quality Defects: Obvious manufacturing defects upon arrival.
  • Shipping Errors: Incorrect model, color, or specifications sent.
  • Non-Delivery: Logistics show "Delivered," but the item was not received (after investigation).
  • Excessive Delay: Significant shipping delays beyond the guaranteed window.
